I have a minor acne problem on my chin and the corner of mouth. I recently went to the dermatologist to find out how to get rid of it. She prescribed oral medication that treats acne. My question is how does the oral medicine know where the acne is and how does it clear it up? I guess I'm just really skeptical about this whole thing. Thanks!

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009I had acne all my life, it is mostly under contol now, with the occasional pimple. I'm now left with scarring, its not terrible, but it is noticable as well as large pores. I want to know the best way of getting rid of them completely. I've tried IPL which helped but didnt completely remove the scars. Please can someone help- my sanity depends on you! Thank you!
P.s I dont need to know how to treat the acne- i've done this! Just need to know about getting rid of the scars!

Friday, March 20th, 2009The past year I’ve been using Pro Active and it has cleared up my skin but then it stopped curing my skin when I had little acne left. I didn’t have a lot of acne left so I thought i would try and use Murad. I have used it for a month and I’m getting more acne. I get a lot of whiteheads out of no where like everyday.
