Every woman dreams of a beautiful face. But how does one maintain a flawless and zit-free face? Follow these skin care tips .
- Water helps clear your skin. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
- Eat healthy foods. Health must be skin-deep. Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins and minerals. Fish are full of essential oils. Know your food pyramid. Avoid junk foods.
- Wash your face with an oil-free cleanser and with your bare hands. Do not use washcloths and sponges bacause they may damage your skin. Make it your routine in the morning, after exercise and before bed no matter how tired you are.
- Sleep when you feel like sleeping. Sleep, and relaxation, are necessities, not luxuries. Physical exhaustion and stress, either mental or emotional, will not give you a clear complexion.
- Pamper your skin. Consider your face as your most valuable asset. Don’t pick at pimples. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily.Use moisturizer and sunscreen with at least a 15SPF. Do this all throughout your life time. You’ll see that you won’t age; you’ll look younger than your real age when you reach 60.
- Launder your sheets frequently. Don’t sleep with your freshly washed face on a dirty pillowcase!
